Attorney & Staff

Andrea Whitehill, Attorney

Andrea Whitehill was admitted into the California State Bar in 1982. She grew up in Western Pennsylvania but relocated to San Diego in the 1970's where she worked her way through college and law school. She met her husband in law school and they opened their own practice. Widowed in 1987, Andrea learned first hand the special issues facing single working parents. Five years as a managing attorney at a branch office of Jacoby & Meyers gave her considerable experience in a high-volume atmosphere of a general neighborhood practice, along with many military clients.

Janine Eberly, Paralegal

Janine is a major asset of Andrea's practice as her family law paralegal and in-house facilitator since 1997. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. Janine is a San Diego native with 4 children and is active in the Poway community.

Our Staff Makes a Difference

As a Mother and Grandmother, Andrea Whitehill believes children should be the most important part of our lives and their needs should be our first priority. The members of this office are the parents to a combined total of 8 children and, as such, the emotional health and well-being of your family, most specifically your children, is our biggest concern. We dedicate ourselves to help families and parents during their most troubled times to break free of stress and chaos: debt, creditor harassment, foreclosure, broken relationships, dysfunctional co-parenting, and court orders that do not work - with as little drama and upheaval as possible. Out philosophy is that all matters that can be resolved amicably should be, but for those matters in which settlement is not possible or in the best interests of your family, we will fight aggressively for the best possible result. We take the time to research your situation completely and bring about the most effective opportunities ensuring you get the successful outcome you deserve. We are proud of the fact that so many of our clients have repeatedly turned to us for counsel and representation, and continue to refer us to their family and friends.
